GROW lab was founded in 2021 by Ferrum Capital to pioneer digital transformation, innovation, and the creation of agile teams. In 2022, it was divided into 2 areas: "Talent Factory" & "Startup Studio." At the Talent Factory, we are committed to bringing young people together regardless of their work experience and empowering them to contribute to startup development. Our aim is to create a modern innovative-driven, and agile-driven work environment in which young talents can gain new skills, apply them, learn from professionals and prepare for future career life.
At the Startup Studio, we regularly do research on emerging trends, disseminate our findings, suggest fresh concepts, put them into practice, and raise funding. We work together as a team, and everyone respects one another's perspectives. You can progress alongside us on this adventure, enhance your knowledge and abilities, gain wonderful experience, and acquire assets from our startup enterprises.
